More Heroic Israeli Settler Mothers Thrown Out of their Homes

ו' לחודש השנים עשר תשע"ד

Apparently, we hadn't heard the last of the story of those thrown out of their homes from a Shiloh Area town (Yishuv HaDa'ath).

More arrests were made in the area the next day, this time with a particularly disgusting twist to them...

Esser Agaroth (2¢) Translation:
Arutz 7: Mothers were arrested, the babies in their arms have not been taken care of
Some of those arrested from Shiloh Area towns were taken into custody with babies. During detention, they did not receive clothing, diapers, or food for their babies. The officers said: "Not our responsibility."

Shimon Cohen, 5 Adar I 5774/February 5, 2014

The following video says it all...

Confrontation on a Blocked Road: A Police Officer, a Settler, and a Baby

(Tip: Sun Lion and Radio Free Israel)

Shiloh Area towns seem to have been a favorite target lately of leftists, Arabs, and the Israeli Government. Last month the town of Eish Qodesh (Heb.: Sacred Fire, also a book the
Piasetzener Rebbe) was attacked.

The more attacks of this nature, the more the following graphic seems to ring true.

Of course, this is just a symbolic representation between the Erev Rav, the real Jewish heroes, and those somewhere in the middle, trying to sift through their confusion.

May they May we find the answers soon!

B"H - We should call a spade a spade and shout out loud: These are POGROMS! I don't think the guilty party is the "government", as stated here. When you say (one says) it's the government, it gives the impression that by voting "well", they can be ousted from power and the situation can be rectified. I think that the guilty party here is not the "government" but the state itself, the larger entity that includes the kneset and the judiciary, not just the ministers. This means that there is no way of "simply" voting them out of power; What we need is institutional discontinuity, a.k.a. revolution. Yes, a Torah Revolution! Let's hope and pray that Hashem will give it to us as soon as poss, in our days!

No, these are not "pogroms". They are, however, acts of tyranny.

I'm a bigger talker but I hope Hashem has someone in place to wake us up and do something about it.

I forgot a word at the start of my earlier comment:

No, these are not "pogroms" (yet).

B"H - I don't understand why you insist on this point, Shy Guy. Pogrom means destruction in Russian and that is exactly what they are doing. That they didn't kill anyone yet? That's what troubles you? Well, they did. In the water, swimming away from the burning Altalena.

Common English language definition of "pogrom".

"Oh, can't we all just get along?"

Ariel, Shy Guy added the word "yet."

This is just an argument of semantics.

You both probably agree on issues about 90% of the time.
