The Real Reason Why Israel does not Annex Judea and Samaria

ערב ראש החודש השלישי תשע"ד

Arutz 7: Baker: Govt. Should Act Now on Sovereignty
International lawmaker Alan Baker believes that the has come to change Judea and Samaria's status. Moshe Cohen, May 29, 2013

Speaking at a conference on sovereignty for Judea and Samaria sponsored by Women in Green and the Hazon Leumi (National Vision) students's organization, international lawmaker and former Israeli ambassador to Canada Alan Baker, said that the recent deal for shared power in the Palestinian Authority between the Fatah and Hamas terror groups gave Israel a great opportunity to annex Judea and Samaria.

Baker was a member of a panel headed by former High Court Judge Edmund Levy that in 2012 researched the question of Israel's “occupation” of Judea and Samaria and found that Israel could not be considered as such under international law. Baker said that it was impossible to dispute Israel's right to the Land of Israel, including Judea and Samaria, as ancient and modern history makes it clear that the land belongs to the Jewish people. (cont.)

...as if we needed a committee to tell us that....Read Tana"kh! (The Bible)

The Sun Lion:
I suspect that the true reason there has not been an annexation has more to do with money than politics. A very high percentage of the wealth of the Israeli ruling class is in real estate. Should Yeshah (Judea and Samaria) be opened to development, the value of property in "Old" Israel will drop considerably. Furthermore, it would open the possibility that "outsiders," i.e. people outside the ruling class, could become seriously wealth through property development. This could then snowball into their being replaced by a whole new group of people. The result would be the end of their strangle hold on Israel's economy and politics. So look beyond ideology to understand this issue.

נצח ישראל לא ישקר!

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Hmm... Always seems to come down to money, doesn't it?

Israeli Sign Language Postage Stamps

ערב ראש החודש השלישי תשע"ד

Israeli Sign Language Stamp Sheet

I thought this was kind of cool, especially in light of the Israeli Postal Services' major faux pas, here and here.

Nope! Hebrew sign language is not the same as American Sign Language [ASL]. However, I have no clue as to if they are any similarities or not, such as grammar, syntax, universal signs, etc.

However, along the borders, you can see the signs for the Hebrew letters, some of which I recognize as the same as Roman letters.

You can also make your own personalized, commemorative, Israeli postage stamps (Hebrew), to celebrate your special occasion, or just for the heck of it!

Exclusive Report from Belgium! After The Museum Murders (Updated)

כ"ח לחודש השני תשע"ד
47th Anniversary of the Re-Unification of Jerusalem

(France24.com)
'Climate of hate’ blamed for attack on Brussels Jewish museum that kills 3
Belgian government to increase security at Jewish buildings, Israeli embassy
Times of Israel staff and AFP, May 24, 2014

(ABC.net, Australia)
The murder of three people at the Brussels Jewish Museum Saturday afternoon was a result of “a climate of hate,” said Joel Rubinfeld, the head of the Belgian League against anti-Semitism.

Rubinfeld told AFP it clearly “is a terrorist act” as a man had been seen driving up and entering the museum before opening fire inside and running off.(cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
So, with such a "climate of hate" and "terrorist acts," what the heck are Jews still doing in Belgium?

I asked a Belgian friend of mine...

Hi. know you're in Antwerp, and not Brussels, but.... Is everyone in shock? Or not really surprised? Did Muslims cheer? Take care of yourself!

*********

Hi brother,

Rabbi Meir Kahane
The people here, at least a big part, were quite shocked, there is a big part that just live forward and don't look back but still,... Brussels is not far from Antwerp and the possibility of it happening in Antwerp is being taken very seriously now by the police and the shmira (Jewish guarding) in Antwerp. They kept level 4 of alertness for one week, meaning many schools and synagogues have constant police presence.

I'm not very surprised, Belgium, Holland and France have became a safe haven for extreme muslim organisations like Sharia for Belgium etc. these are people that suck on hatred and are able to operate as they want. I walked in the area of the muslims and I didn't really see them cheer with banners and stuff but I'm sure that some of them at home were having a good laugh while talking about this successful attack.

There is only one person that was right, HaRav Kahane ztz"l hy"d.

*********

Jews can be just as numbed out here. Whenever there has been an attack here, there's high security for a while, and then it goes back to what it was. Very frustrating!

*********

This friend of mine and I have already discussed the possibilities of him moving to Israel plenty. So, I did not bother to repeat my noodging of him, during this correspondence. I believe that he will come eventually.

I pray that all other Belgian (and British, and Dutch, and Danish, and Swedish, and Ukrainian, and South African, etc.) Jews with get the message already, and begin their journeys to Israel, before it is too late!

May it be His Will!

Update: (June 1, 2014)
It seems they have caught the guy. It's not 100% sure but he looks exactly like him and had the same rifle that was used in the terror attack, at least good news.

Police Violence at King David's Tomb!

כ"ה לחודש השני תשע"ד

This eyewitness report came from the Kalashnikover Rebbe, this morning at 5:00 AM:
King David's Tomb is officially Judenrein!!!

Using harsh violence and even charging the crowd with their guns drawn!!! Zionist forces have succeeded in clearing the entire compound of King David's Tomb of Jews!

Including ripping the Diaspora Yeshiva students out of their dorm room beds!

Notice the Haredi probably Chabadnik Yasamnik (riot police officer) in the last pictures.

I'm sure both King David and the Rebbe are shepping much nachas from him...
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Judenrein, meaning absent of Jews, is a term which was commonly applied to areas during the era of Nazi Germany, ysh"w.

I believe that most important, yet most underrated, aspect of the protests on Mt. Zion against the Pope this morning was the demonstration of unity among various Jewish communities!

Faces were greyed out for their protection.

Faces of Israeli police were purposely NOT greyed out. Is that a kippah he is wearing????
Absolutely Disgraceful!!!

Havel Havelim Bamidbar Is Up!

כ"ה לחודש השני תשע"ד

The Jewish-Israeli Blog Round-Up (AKA: Haveil Havalim) for this week is up on Shiloh Musings!

The edition is entitled Bamidbar, In The Desert. Wouldn't Dessert be Nicer?

Exclusive! Two Arrested for Suspicion of Posting Posters in Protest of the Pope's Visit

מוצש"ק פר' במדבר תשע"ד

Last week, two Jews were arrested under suspicion of posting posters protesting the arrival of the the Pope to Israel.

They were released from police custody a few hours before Shabbath. I spoke to one of those arrested on the phone shortly after his release.

According to him, the State requested that they be temporarily banned from being within the city limits of  Jerusalem. The judge at their arraignment rejected this, and instead ordered them to stay at least 150 meters away from the Pope.

Here is a copy of the poster they have been accused of posting:

Accursed Christianity

Complicit in the murder millions of Jews, and deaths under odd circumstances under the helm of the church and its leaders

They dream of the annihilation of the Jewish State.

Defiled and Unclean Pope

Get out of our Holy Land

Return the stolen Temple Vessels

The Jewish State Faithful

The Pope's 2014 Visit to Israel

מוצש"ק פר' במדבר תשע"ד

Welcome signs all over Jerusalem: Who is paying for these?? Israeli tax payers are!
"Peace Faith Tolerance" - for everyone except Jews, that is!

So far, it appears that the head of the Roman Catholic church, ysh"w, will be coming to Jerusalem tomorrow, not only to disrupt the daily lives of its residents, but to insult us, step on us, encourage the establishment of another Yishmaelite, terrorist state (which he, himself, should know is absent from the Bible)., and possibly prepare to take possession of pieces of our Holy Land.

Do you really think that he, and his minions, have their eyes set only on one floor in one building on Mt. Zion? Guess again....

They want the Temple Mount; they want Jerusalem; they envision everyone in Israel, and around the entire world, under their eventual control.

Worse yet, the Israeli government has been complicit in these endeavors, including allowing him to practice his avodah zarah (foreign/forbidden worship) as the Kothel (Western Wall), while closing off this Jewish Holy site,...to Jews!

Israeli Postal Service commemorative stamps issued in honor of the Poop's visit,
avodah zarah included! (*censored out for presentation on this kosher site)

Not only that, but the Israeli Government has been shamelessly slobbering over this Prince of Avodah Zarah, and exploiting his visit as support for the government's commitment to "freedom of religious expression." Even though as far as religions go, other than Judaism and the gentile keepers of the 7 Commandments of No'ah, there is absolutely no room for "freedom of religious expression" within the Land of Israel. Such a concept does not exist in the Torah. In fact, it is the exact opposite case scenario which the Torah presents to commands of us.

So, why the hell is this walking, spiritual pollutant being allowed into the Land of Israel, let alone welcomed as an honored guest?

The proper welcome sign for the Poop!
No Welcome!

The following schedule comes courtesy of "Yosele." My Esser Agaroth (2¢) commentary follows. You can see the Poop's itinerary on Tomer Devorah, along with her insightful commentary.

The Falafel Economic Index: Not as Silly as You Think.

כ"ג לחודש השני תשע"ד

Forbes: The Falafel Index: A Way To Assess Purchasing Power In The Middle EastComment Now

Adam Heffez, April 28, 2014 —The Washington Institute for Near East Policy

The Arab Spring brought into focus the economic underpinnings of instability in the Middle East. In a region where over one in four youth is unemployed, how well people can afford a basic meal is a primary consideration.
...

The Falafel Index, first floated by The Majalla, an Arab magazine, in 2011. As a staple meal across the Middle East, falafel (crispy, golden balls of chickpeas) sandwiches provide a more region-specific, and thereby more accurate, basis for an index [than the "BigMac Index"]. The Falafel Index is culturally fitting, and based on the actual purchasing preferences that everyday citizens bring to the market. (cont.)

"The Falafel Index"

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Falafel in a Pita w/Tehinah
*often w/tomatoes and cucumbers
OK. I get it. Falafel instead of BigMacs.

Makes total sense.

But, the main reason this index is not just another clever gimmick, is because falafel is edible.

Don't forget that the so-called "Arab Spring" (2011) was not just about ideology; it was also about food. Inflation in Egypt alone had skyrocketed! Riots in Tunisia and Algeria were also motivated by rising food prices.

This is why Hamas, which is in control of Azza, is clever,...evil, but clever. It uses at least some of the funding it receives from Iran and other terrorism-supporting nations and organizations to build hospitals and schools, and to provide food. The food Hamas provides is just enough to maintain its status as the "hero," keeping the support of the people, and just little enough to sustain the people's anger against whoever Hamas tells them to be angry.

Let us also not forget that Arab countries were not the only countries rioting, albeit with different "styles" of rioting. Economically related concerns were said to be the root of riots in Spain and Greece. Strangely enough, not much can be heard about what has been happening in Cyprus, over the past year. (Do you know what has been happening in Cyprus over the past year?)

Soon,"Economics" will soon be the accepted euphemistic code for "food."

"Sheeple"
Led around by the powers that be
Around the world, those who are at least somewhat awake from the numb-out state of being "sheeple, have been talking about gold, silver, even copper, as sound investments, even saving as alternatives to the currencies which will eventually be worthless.

They are not wrong to do so. On the other hand, the last time I checked, gold, silver, and copper were not life sustaining; whereas falafel is. In other words, gold and other precious metals may have a value which is tangible, in contrast to U. S. Federal Reserve Notes, and other paper and plastic currencies. However, metals and the like still only have a value because we project onto it. "Supply and demand," remember?

The bottom line is that you cannot eat gold; you can eat deep-fried chick peas. When food becomes rarer than gold, which would you prefer to be in possession of, gold or falafel?

May The Almighty have mercy on us!

I will be expanding upon this post, and in particular, elaborating on its cryptic foreshadowing of an ending soon in The Falafel Index: A Practical Application.

Be sure to keep up with similar posts, related to "prepping," which I expect will become an increasingly more prominent theme here at Esser Agaroth (2¢).

Guest Post: Moriah Goldberg: Why Did I Choose to Go to Jail? למה בחרתי להיכנס לבית הסוהר? ע"י מוריה גלדברג

כ"א לחודש השני תשע"ד

English follows the Hebrew, along with some Esser Agaroth (2¢) personal comments about Moriah, who was a neighbor of mine, when I lived in K'far Tapu'ah in the Shomron (Samaria).

The Jewish Voice: Why Did I Choose to Go to Jail
Moriah Goldberg, May 4, 2014

Translated by Eliezer Ben Avraham, and posted on The Torah Revolution as In Honor of Moriah Goldberg, the Moriah Goldberg Tzomet!.

To my dear family, the Nation of Israel,

I was recently sentenced to three months of community service by the Israeli court in Lod. I have defied this court order and as a result am sitting in jail. In this letter I will attempt to explain my rationale. I was found guilty of “endangering human life on the roads”, specifically by throwing stones at Arabs. This was done in response to Arab stone-throwing which continues to this day without a word from the government or police. I don’t plan on detailing all the instances of Arab terror in the past few years including murders, Molotov cocktails, stone throwing, and many other incidents. All of these events are well-known to anyone who follows the news and there is no need to enumerate them. Any nation that wishes to survive cannot accept such a situation.

Therefore, I would like to explain, directly from my Jewish head and Jewish heart, what I think is the root of the problem: As Jews, we cannot abide by the rulings of the Courts of the State of Israel because they refuse to differentiate between Jews and non-Jews – a differentiation which is required in order to reach proper decisions. For example, the courts discuss “endangering human life” even when dealing with savages who murder Jews (the Torah specifically calls Yishmael a “human savage”, ‘savage’ is the main noun and ‘human' is merely an adjective).

The problem with the Israeli Court is reflective of a general problem with the entire establishment. After carefully pondering our current situation, with the help of the words of Rav Binyamin Kahane HY”D and Rav Yitzchak Ginzburg Shlit”a, even someone as small as me can understand that there is only one option: the Hellenistic and confused establishment in the State of Israel must be replaced. We don’t need just a new coalition or a new Prime Minister; rather we need to replace the entire system. We should view this shift as a change from the kingdom of Shaul to the kingdom of David. The Zionist Movement, which established the State and its institutions, can be likened to the Jewish Nation that requested a king. Their motive was flawed, for they demanded “to be like all the nations”, a demand which the Holy One Blessed be He compared to idol worship. Similarly, the current State of Israel developed from a desire “to be like all the nations.” It is a state, which just like the first Kingdom does not recognize its faults and needs to be replaced.

Towards the end of his days, Shaul became obsessive and insane. He knew that his kingdom was crumbling and lost. Nonetheless he continued to chase David, the new, true and eternal king, just as the government here continues to harass and fight against Jews who represent Torah truth. Given this situation, it is clear that we must strive to establish the kingdom of David. Some say this can be achieved by “influencing from within”, but history has shown otherwise. David was the next in line to be king and could have waited to become king after Shaul’s death, instead he realized that he had to establish his kingdom himself and that he had to do so during Shaul’s reign. When he started he was isolated; he ruled only in Hevron, but after several years he eventually came to rule over all of Israel.

We all look forward to the redemption and the Messiah’s vengeance against the nations. We want to build the Temple, bask in its glory and be a light unto the nations. To this end, we must immediately begin creating an infrastructure for the perfected state which we desire. We must build institutions, bodies and establishments for this new state. Further, we must separate ourselves from the current state. It is crucial that we only separate from the State of Israel, not from the nation of Israel. The first step is to separate ourselves in our minds and eventually we will be able to separate in practice (see “Derech Chaim Movement”).

We need a revolution. To do so, actions have to be taken, words have to be spoken. This subject must be put on the agenda and a whole new atmosphere must be created so that God willing, the nation will slowly flow towards the new alternative. As Rav Binyamin Kahane HY”D, urged shortly before he was murdered, “Let us take our destiny into our own hands.” To successfully achieve this goal, according to Rav Ginsburgh, we must be candid and even brazen about our opposition and separation from the establishment.

Those stones which came from my hand came from the strength and for the sake of the Torah. They were thrown as “an eye for an eye.” They were in response to the stones that theYishamelites throw every day. They were thrown in response to the shameful silence that follows every attack.

My actions did not come from despair, fear or helplessness, G-d forbid - rather as a Jewish act, vengeful and proud. “Just as they did to me, so too I did to them” (Samson The Mighty, Judges 14:11). Ignoring the court order of doing community service and subsequently sitting in jail was my way of cutting myself off from the system. May it be His will that those small stones I threw be like the five smooth stones of David who stood against Goliath; stones that eventually helped establish his kingdom.

The clock is ticking….. the Messiah is eager. I do not regret even for a moment what I did to those savages, nor my decision to ignore the verdict of the court. If I regret anything, it is that some things could have been done wiser (but it is all from the One Above, and is for the best!), but again I reiterate, not for the acts themselves. I am stating here that I chose to ignore the decision of the court, because as we know there is a time for everything -"...a time to build and a time to bring down…" (Eccl. 3:3) perhaps for this government, the time has come… to bring it down.

With Love of Israel,
Moriah Goldberg

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
You may recall that Moriah, Haiki Belogoradsky, and Penina Ashkenazy, teen-aged girls from K'far Tapu'ah, were jailed in 2005 for protesting the impending expulsion of Jews from Azza (Gaza-Gush Qatif). While dangerous criminals, even suspected murderers, were receiving house arrest, these girls were not accorded the same option, and they were certainly not granted release on bail.

For months the girls incurred horrid conditions in prison, conditions which I will not elaborate here, conditions which were more likely than not, brought about due to political motivations. After months of fighting, the court agreed to release them into the custody of kibbutz, while they awaited trial.

But, the girls refused their offer of release, on the basis that the kibbutz was not "religious" enough. They were familiar with this kibbutz, and stated that its standards of kashruth (dietary laws), as well as it standards of tzni'uth (modesty), were insufficient to meat their observance of Torah.

The dumbfounded judge eventually released them into the custody of Moriah's grandparents in Petah Tiqwah. "Her Honor" believed that it to be too dangerous to let them go back to K'far Tapu'ah, because, "they might talk with the other residents, and have influence over them."

Well, I hate to hazard a guess as to what the Israeli Justice System, not to mention members of the K'nesseth think of how dangerous Moriah is now.

Moriah wrote what many frustrated Jews have been thinking. Yet, she was the one with the courage to say it, and to write it!

אֵשֶׁת-חַיִל, מִי יִמְצָא; וְרָחֹק מִפְּנִינִים מִכְרָהּ. (משלי לא,י)
"A woman of valor who can find? for her price is far above rubies". (Prov. 31:10)

"The rulers ceased in Israel, they ceased, until you arose, Deborah, that arose a mother in Israel." (Judges 5:7)

Please pray for the speedy release of Moriah bat Ya'el. May her example and her release herald a new era in Authentic Jewish thought, loyalty to The Almighty and His Holy Torah, and our complete and final Redemption!

Shimon Peres Goes to Oslo!

י"ט לחודש השני תשע"ד

Arutz 7: Peres Has 'Fond Memories of Oslo'
On a visit to Norway, President Shimon Peres discusses trip he took to the country over 20 years ago which changed Israel.

Yaakov Levi, May 11, 2014

Shimon Peres
Oslo Lover
On a visit to Norway Sunday, President Shimon Peres discussed another trip he took to the country more than 20 years ago, when he helped forge the controversial Oslo Accords. “I have good memories of Oslo,” said Peres. “I am hopeful that we will be able to complete the peace process that we started here, a peace based on the two-state solution.”

Many officials have called to cancel the accords and return to the period before them, a call which particularly resounds following the unity deal between the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the terrorist organization Hamas in late April.

Peres was in Oslo to meet Norwegian government officials, including the country's prime minister and the chairman of the country's parliament. Peres will also address the Norwegian Parliament, in addition to having an audience with Norway's King Harold.

On his first stop in the country Sunday, Peres visited Oslo's Great Synagogue. There, Peres discussed the connection between Israel and the diaspora communities.

“As President of Israel I m proud to see a strong, traditional community here,” Peres said at the synagogue. “We never dreamed that state we created would be bigger than Norway, and a pioneer in technology and science."
Norway, Sweden, and Finland
BRRRRRRRR!

“We have never lost our will and hope for peace, and we never will,” Peres added.

Many Israelis are unlikely to share Peres's happy memories of Oslo. The failed accords with the Palestinian Authority paved the way for the bloody Second Intifada in which Palestinian Arab terrorists killed more than 1,000 Israelis, most of whom were civilians.

Meanwhile, last week officials in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) denied Peres's claims on Independence Day that he had reached a peace agreement with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas three years ago.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I have a suggestion.

If Shimon Peres has such fond memories of Oslo, then maybe he should think about staying in Oslo,...permanently!

Then maybe the rate of Jews murdered by Arabs would plummet to a new low.

And why was Peres so pleased that there was a large "traditional," [Jewish] community in Oslo?

They should not be there; they should be in Israel!

So much for Shimon Peres the "Zionist." This only adds support to the notion that Labor Zionism isn't really Zionism either.

The following video provides some of the "highlights" resulting from the Olso "Death" Accords.

This follows the recent, nasty destruction of homes (video) carried out by the so-called "Israeli Defense Forces" [IDF].

Fortunately, there were a couple of soldiers who refused to participate in this vile, and anti-Torah act. They will undoubtedly be "disciplined" for daring to follow the Torah, rather than the "almighty" State! (להבדיל).

Guest Post: Eliraz Fine: What Is Really Killing Our Soldiers?

ערב שבת קודש פר' בחוקותי תשע"ד

Eliraz Fine was arrested for allegedly inciting against soldiers during settlement expulsions. Here is her response:

What’s really killing our soldiers?
Eliraz Fine, May 16, 2014

(Translated from the original Hebrew, posted on Kol Yehudi, by Eliezer Ben-Avraham)

"Caricature of Eliraz Fine"
by Elhanan Ben-Ari

Imagine that you observe the following:

A man is sprawled out helpless on a table. On top of him is another man with determination in his eyes who is holding a knife covered with blood that is penetrating into the first man’s chest.

It takes no genius to recognize that this is a murder and it’s even clear who the murderer is.

Now imagine the same picture, just add the following details:

The situation is occurring in a sterile room filled with sophisticated machinery. The man with the knife is wearing light blue scrubs and his determined look occurs right as he attempts to make a precise incision.

Suddenly our suspected murderer has become a doctor trying to save a life…

The only thing missing in our original description was context. Similar to our doctor story, my now famous words were interpreted without a full understanding of the reasoning behind them, the context in which they were made and without any regard for the tone that was used.

This is exactly how the Israeli media manages to brainwash us citizens every day- and not just on this matter…

I could clear my name by telling of my dear uncle who was killed in the Yom Kippur War and about all my family and friends who were dedicated soldiers, but at the end of the day my love of soldiers is not the issue.

There is a gigantic lie that must be exposed and people should be aware of it!

Tzipi Livni made headlines by comparing Hamas to Yitzhar because she has an interest in hiding the fact that in practice it is her failed peace negotiations that led to the release of terrorists and strengthened the hand of Hamas. It is our soldiers who will have to fight against these freed terrorists and their hands will once again be tied in the name of the ridiculous “purity of arms” and false “morality” of the radical left.

Decision makers in the army watch the soldiers from a television screen, while the Central Commander Nitzan Alon remains concerned with signing administrative expulsion orders against Jews as our soldiers continue to be pelted with stones and Molotov cocktails. The media will not bother to inform you that Nitzan Alon’s wife is a member of “Machsom Watch”, an organization that harasses soldiers at checkpoints and prevents them from inspecting potential terrorists.

Writers, intellectuals, and professors call settlers “Neo-Nazis” and then go on to explain that the Israeli soldiers are even worse…

The media continue to publish distorted stories of violence in Yitzhar and other settlements directed against soldiers just to get people to write in the talkbacks, “Expel the extremists!” Yet in a few years when Netanya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba are suddenly within range of terrorist rockets, the media will see to it that you fail to understand how it happened.

The mental preparation for the next expulsion began a long time ago and we have forgotten how similar words were written 8 years ago only about different settlements. Sadly, my friends here in the Yitzhar town council and Gershon Mesika, the head of the regional council have also fallen for this trick.

Don’t be deceived!

Remember who is really fighting against our soldiers! Who is it that slanders them in front of the world and prevents them from defending our people and our land?!!

Who is primarily concerned in the welfare of the enemy and who wants to give them a state that will be a base for launching attacks against our children and our soldiers?!!

In the end, one day it is the settlers being roasted by the media and the next day it’s the soldiers-everything according to the interests of the left-wing media establishment attempting to erase all forms of Jewish identity and Jewish unity from the Land of Israel.

After 7 days under house arrest at my parents, I have returned to Yitzhar.

From here, out of this little caravan we send a blessing to our beloved soldiers! Continue to protect Jews everywhere with pride and G-d will protect you from all those that wish to harm you! Both from the enemy on the battlefield and from the traitors who want to use you as a police force against your fellow Jews.

Getting to Know Renowned Israeli Author Amos Oz

י"ג לחודש השני תשע"ד

Amos Oz, one of Israel's most renowned authors, had this to say...
YNET: Yes, there are Hebrew neo-Nazi groups
Amos Oz
Op-ed: After sparking a row with his verbal attack on 'price tag' vandals, author Amos Oz explains why he stands behind his comments.

Amos Oz, May12, 2014

I have been talking about the occupation and the settlements from the moral aspect for almost 50 years now. On Friday, during an event at Tzavta (a cultural center in Tel Aviv), I wanted to say something about it from the godly aspect.

If there will not be two states very soon, there will be one state – and it will be an Arab state. And if there is an Arab state, I feel no envy for the Jews who will live in it. It will be one of the most difficult exiles.

Get off Benjamin Netanyahu's case. He is not in control of the government. The Likud's Knesset faction is a faction of radical settlers. Netanyahu is nearly the most leftist person in the Likud's Knesset faction.

The real government in Israel is controlled by the rabbis of the territories, and there is one person to blame for this situation. His name is Yair Lapid, and he has the power to bring this government down whenever he pleases.

The names "price tag" and "hilltop youth" are embellished names. We must look the monster in the eye and call it by its name. We wanted to be a nation like all nations. We hoped that one day there would be a Hebrew thief and a Hebrew prostitute.

We also have Hebrew neo-Nazi groups. There is nothing the modern neo-Nazis in Europe are doing that these groups are not doing here.

The only difference may stem from the fact that our neo-Nazi groups enjoy the support of quite a few nationalistic, perhaps even racist, lawmakers, as well as a few rabbis who provide them with a foundation which I see as pseudo-religious. This is, in my opinion, the great difference between the Jews and the Jews' words.

I considered the comments I made at Tzavta carefully. When I address an audience, I plan for hours and think about every word. I am a man of words. This is my profession.
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Let's examine some of the statements of Amos Oz, point by point, in order to get know this renowned, Israeli author...

"The Likud's Knesset faction is a faction of radical settlers."
I only wish this were true!

"Netanyahu is nearly the most leftist person in the Likud's Knesset faction."
Possibly, but irrelevant. Like most politicians, I believe that Netanyahu is neither Leftist nor Rightist, but Netayahuist.

"The real government in Israel is controlled by the rabbis of the territories..."
Once again,... I wish this were true! ...well,...some of these rabbis, the ones who put Torah before the State, and no, not all of them do.

"We wanted to be a nation like all nations."
Not I! However, Oz does state quiet accurately, the unfortunate truth regarding the Western, assimilationist, Labor Zionist, Ashkenazy, secular elite, a proud segment of the Erev Rav.

"We also have Hebrew neo-Nazi groups. There is nothing the modern neo-Nazis in Europe are doing that these groups are not doing here."
Hmm...if Jews who write graffiti on buildings and other structures, then I wonder what Amos Oz calls the Arabs who murder Jews, and call for the annihilation of Israel?

Where Should the Borders of a Palestinian State Be?

י"א לחודש השני תשע"ד

Abbas: No peace without defining borders
In a televised address on final day of nine-month negotiations, Abbas lays out his conditions to continue talks
AFP and Times of Israel staff April 29, 2014

RAMALLAH — There can be no peace with Israel without first defining the borders of a future Palestinian state, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said on Tuesday.

“Since the creation of Israel, nobody knows what the borders are. We are determined to know our borders and theirs; without that there will be no peace,” he said as Washington’s nine-month deadline for reaching a peace deal expired, leaving the process in tatters. (cont.)

Well, that's not actually true.

Of course, the real borders are defined by The Almighty, and by Him alone.

As everyone can plainly see, "Palestine" is conspicuously absent from the map. So is Jordan.

Now, let's be honest, Mr. Abbas. YOU seem to think that THESE are the borders of Israel

Any group of people who wants to get together and identify themselves with this name or that, can do so. What do I care?

But, when you identify yourselves using the name of my People's Land, applied to it by the Romans in order to de-Jewify it, as a means to steal my People's Land out from under us, taking advantage of the Israeli Government's lack of a back bone, then I have to call you on it.

And where did your chosen name of Palestine come from in the first place? The Romans got it from the Philistines, who had possession of what is now the Gaza Strip, and adjacent pieces of Israel's west, hardly anything at all, compared to the map of Israel. The Romans applied it to all of Israel, in an attempt to de-Jewify the area, in an attempt to disconnect the Jewish from their Land.

Just an early example of Esau wanting his birthright back. HaZ"aL intertwines Esau with the Roman Empire

This is not about who got here first. This is not about an outside entity, such as the the UN, granting us permission to take possession of a fraction of the Land that was once ours. This is not even about who conquered it, and who were subsequently wishy-washy about it, deciding to placate the non-Jews of the West, instead of please The Almighty. Jews are the guilty ones, that is, guilty of enabling the myth of a Palestinian homeland to continue.

The Land of Israel was initially assigned to the 7 Nations, and was later taken away by The Holy One, Blessed Be He, Who initially assigned it to them in the first place.

No matter what Jews and non-Jews believe, He in the one who decides who is in possession of the Land.

In תשל"ד/1973, תשכ"ז/1967, תש"ח/1948, He decided that it would be in our possession, even though the Israeli Government never fulfilled, and still has not fulfilled, our part of the bargain, to take full possession of the Land, whenever possible, without any ifs, and, or buts.

The Israeli Government has even had the hutzpah (nerve/gall) to give parts of the conquered Land back to those who had no historical connection to it whatsoever. I said "give," and not "trade," as the Arabs have never given us anything in return, save for non-aggression and trade agreements, allowing countries such as Egypt and Jordan to feed off of the money from Israeli tourists, along with off co-dependent offerings/gifts/payoffs.

In תשס"ו/2006, we fought back Hezbollah murderers, finally regaining possession the northern tip of Israel. This area, bordered on the northern by the Litani River, which most people in the world refer to as southern Lebanon, was then abandoned by the Israeli Government, for the sake of peace. But instead of peace, missiles just kept coming.

In תשס"ה/2005, the Israeli Government, under Ariel Sharon, was even more pathetic, disconnecting completely from the Gaza Strip, and expelling almost 10,000 Jews from their homes, and from lands where Yitzhaq Avinu sojourned (Gen. 26), and without even expecting anything in return!

Worse yet, aside from protests, begging the Western world to listen to reason, and the expression of anger at the ballot box, we have stood idly by, allowing the Israeli Government to proceed on its course of sacrificing Jewish lives, in the name of auctioning off our God-given Land to the highest, lying bidder, eventually leading to the end of our current potential, Jewish sovereignty over Land, not to mention our Land itself.

Regardless of where Jews or Arabs believe the borders in the area should be drawn, they can only be determined by The Almighty himself. And if Jews do not stand up and say, this is ours, and follow through on that statement with the necessary actions, then why on earth should we expect the Almighty to hand it to us miraculously on a silver platter?

We all know the in the end, he will put all of it into our hands. However, to those of you not fighting for it now, and  not declaring the Torah truth that Eretz Yisra'el is connected to no one, but Am Yisra'el, ask yourselves this question:

When it does eventually come into our possession, will they still be a place reserved for you within it?

Attack Against Jews on the Temple Mount!

This just in from Temple Mount activists:

UPDATE FROM THE MOUNT:
Yesterday (Thursday, May 8, 2014) 3 Jewish youth were violently arrested for trying to go up to the Temple Mount with Tefillin (Jewish Holy boxes with biblical verses) wrapped on their arms and head as the Torah commands. The police acted with unwarranted brutality.

The Temple Mount International condemns the police illegal actions and urges the public to support the return of Jewish rights to the Mount via all legal means possible.

The State of Israel Awards One of its Loyalists a Prize: Big Deal!

ו' לחודש השני תשע"ד
Tablet Magazine: American-Raised Rabbi Aharon Lichtenstein Wins the Israel PrizeLeading Modern Orthodox rabbi and political dove to receive awardYair Rosenberg, February 23, 2014

Rabbi Aharon
Lichtenstein
...Lichtenstein has also distinguished himself on the Israeli scene for his dovish political stances. Together with [Rabbi Yehuda] Amital, he supported the Oslo Accords and subsequent peace process. (A founding father of the religious peace party Meimad, Amital would serve as a minister without portfolio in the government of Shimon Peres.) When several prominent religious leaders in the settlement movement eulogized Baruch Goldstein after he massacred Muslim worshipers in Hebron in 1994, Lichtenstein famously rebuked them
Drawing on his vast Talmudic and halakhic erudition, he has also defended the right of the Israeli government to cede territory under Jewish law, publicly inveighed against price tag attacks against Palestinians, and refuted the rationales for rabbinic bans against selling Israeli land to Arabs. (ie. against Tzfath Chief Rabbi Shmu'el Eliyahu shlit"a)
The Israel Prize will be awarded on May 6, Israel’s Independence Day.
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I am not going to post the way over the top video honoring venerating "Moreinu" (our teacher). You view it at the Life In Israel Blog, if you really feel the need to.

The State of Israel awards one of its loyalists a prize. Big deal.

Like his neighbor, Rabbi Yo'el Bin-Nun, who famously reported those celebrating Yitzhaq Rabin's death to the police, Rabbi Lichtenstein is most definitely a hakham (Torah scholar). Also, like Bin-Nun, he is an expert at reading anything he wants into the sources of our heritage.

And speaking of our heritage...

Interestingly enough, another Rosh Yeshiva from Yeshiva University, Rabbi Tzvi Shachter teaches that the Torah and our Land of Israel are both descried in the Torah as "morashah" (heritage), as opposed to "yerushah" (inheritance). The recipients of a yerushah can do whatever they want with it. But the recipients of morashah cannot. Rather a morashah must delivered to the next generation in tact. (Eretz Yisrael in the Parsha by Rabbi Moshe Lichtman)

The Torah cannot be chopped up, and manipulated as we please, the quintessential trademark of the so-called "Movements of Judaism," claiming the status of religious denominations, just like the Christians. Likewise our Divinely promised Land may not be chopped up, sold, auctioned off, nor otherwise handed over, ie. mesirah to the goyim.

No wonder the State awarded a prize to Rabbi Aharon Lichtenstein. Not only does he tow the State's line, he keeps thousands of Jews with kippoth on their head in line for the State. (I was recently informed that he has thousands of students...as if numbers and popularity meant anything.) He even supports this with Torah sources, and does so expertly.

In all fairness, I have heard it said that Rabbi Me'ir Kahane hy'd once heard someone say something disrespectful about Rabbi Lichtenstein. Rabbi Kahane immediately admonished him, and told him never to say such things about his again,...as he supports the cause of the Temple Mount.

Well, I am afraid that I cannot find Rabbi Lichtenstein's opinions regarding the Temple Mount, our sovereignty over it, ascending it, nor rebuilding the Temple itself. If anyone has such information, I would greatly appreciate it, if it were sent to me, or left as a comment below.

All that I could find were Rabbi Lichtenstein's accomplishments, which I have highlighted above in red, all of which occurred after Rabbi Kahane's murder. I wonder what he would say about Rabbi Lichtenstein, if he were alive today.

I have no doubt that Rabbi Lichtenstein has accomplished much good in within Klal Yisra'el. But, does that balance out his apparent denial of the increasing number of setiroth (contradictions) between following the State and following the Torah?

How should I know? I'm not a rabbi.

Oh, and just one more thing: So that you know that I was not singling out Rabbi Lichtenstein, I was just as critical of last year's recipient of the Israel Prize, Rabbi Chaim Druckman.

I Stand with David the Nahal Brigade IDF Soldier!

ו' לחודש השני תשע"ד

By now, you should all have heard about the IDF soldier removed from his unit, and put on trial, FOR DOING HIS JOB.

Here is a clip of the "incident," or rather, the mole hill, which has been made into a mountain.

Notice the watermark. Youth Against Settlements. I am not sure what they see in the video which is incriminating in the least. Judge for yourselves.

Did you hear about the online protest which ensued? Even the infamously, leftist, self-hating news daily Ma'ariv (nrg.co.il) believes that it has involved "thousands."

NRG (Ma'ariv Online): Huge Protest in the IDF: Thousands of soldiers on behalf of the soldier put on trial
Yochai Ofer, April 29, 2014

A Fighter in the Nahal Brigade was put on trial after his confrontation with Palestinians in Hevron, during which he cocked his gun. In response, a protest of thousands of soldiers representing every IDF unit, erupted on the Internet, expressing support for the soldier. MK Mofaz

This just in: Former Defense Minister MK Shaul Mofaz (Kadima) adds his support for David HaNahalawi, and the actions he was forced to take. Say what you will about Mofaz. However, as former commander of the IDF, it is reasonable to assume that he has experience in such matters. Separated from MK Feiglin on the political spectrum he gains nothing for his dying almost dead Kadima Party alignment with Feiglin, albeit a weak one, on this issue.

Rabbi Sholom Dov Wolpe is awarding David a prize for his service, and will include cash. In Israel, he risks arrest and possible indictment for even thinking such a thing.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I am also with David HaNahalawi!
facebook.com/israelijustice
The diverse spectrum of Jews rallying behind David may be more important in that we are finally able to see [some of] the injustice of the Israeli government from similar, if not the same points of view.

Haredim, Religious Zionists, Modern Orthodox, and secular coming together against government policy....

This is the most dangerous threat to such as fragile system as the Erev Rav-controlled, Israeli Government, I can possibly think of.

Support for David HaNahalawi's Facebook page now has 129,000 Likes, and were achieved in only week!

The "Sheeple" are beginning to wake up. Let us pray that the momentum continues to increase, and that they do not succumb to government psychological tactics and threats, and choose to fall back asleep.

There are plenty of additional injustices being executed by the Israeli Government against its own constituents, and we will only see more.

Believe it or Not, Shelly Dadon was Killed by Arabs, not Jews

יום העצמאות (השישים ושש) תשע"ד
66th Anniversary of the Relinquishment of the Land of Israel by the British Empire into the Hands of Potential Jewish Sovereignty

Arutz 7: 'If This Was 'Price Tag,' Everyone Would Be Up in Arms'
20 year-old Shelly Dadon was just beginning to blossom when she was murdered, family says. But why are politicians silent?

Hezki Ezra and Tova Dvorin, May 2, 2014

The family of 20 year-old Shelly Dadon, whose body was found yesterday in the woods near Migdal Haemek, is finding it difficult to deal with the terrible news.

"It takes time until this sinks in [. . .] she was a lovely girl who contributed to the State of Israel," a relative said Friday, "We're in pain, crying all the time, we are all afraid. Our home is destroyed."

"She was a blossoming young lady," another family member stated. "This was her first time leaving the house alone."

Shelly's family and friends, who are currently mourning in the Dadon family home in Afula, said she was a sweet girl who loved her family, friends, and home. She insisted on serving in the IDF in spite of suffering from a difficult medical condition. (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Shelly Dadon hy"d was killed by "Israeli" Arab terror, in Migdal HaEmeq.

The following graphic from Lehavah - "for the prevention of assimilation in the Holy Land," provides us with an excellent demonstration of coverage of her murder, using Twitter.

Left: "This is what is done about the slaughter of a girl...." Right: "This is what is done about graffiti."

Even without understanding Hebrew, you can get a rough sense of the quantitative difference between the two sides' "tweets."  On the left, Shelly mentions that she is looking for work. On the right, the graffiti at the top says, "Close mosques down, instead of yeshivas." Below that are pictured various negative comments concerning so-called "Price Tag" attacks and commitments to fight against them, including from Prime Minister Netanyahu, Minister Lapid, MK Hertzog, and the the police, which even uses the term "cell," as in "terrorist cell."

(from above report) Despite the condemnation [of Shelly Dadon's murder],  the political leadership has remained relatively quiet over the crime, family has complained.

By contrast, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and others were swift to condemn an alleged act of "price tag" vandalism earlier this week, especially in light of a damning report from the US State Department over the "Jewish terrorism."

Netanyahu called the latest ["price tag"] attack "outrageous," vowing, "we are using ISA (Shin Bet) resources for this purpose.”
Moshe "Bogie" Ya'alon
Israeli Defense Minister
At a Remembrance Day ceremony Israeli Defense Minister Moshe "Bogie" "Ya'alon stressed that Israel's values are its guiding light and that it had an "obligation to fight with an iron fist" the phenomenon known as 'price tag' attacks." (JPost.com)

Jewish Terror? Graffiti?

To refer to graffiti, even to the slashing of tires and other vandalism as an act of terrorism is more than ludicrous; it is truly offensive. I have been the victim of Arab terror. Fortunately for me, all I lost was some of my sense of hearing. I am grateful that, unlike Shelly Dadon, I still have my

Incidentally, did I receive a single sheqqel from the Israeli government? No, not unless you count bandages in the emergency room, and the gracious removal of the shrapnel, a mangled bolt, from my tuchus.
State-worshiping "Sheeple"

The only thing more ludicrous, and offensive, than the referral to graffiti and other forms of vandalism as terror, is that the Israeli "Sheeple" are actually buying into this nonsense, including diehard, State loyalists who wear kippoth on their heads!

Has the vandalism of Israeli flags in Yaffo (left) been called "Israeli Arab terror?" No.

Has it been called "terror" at all? No.

On the other hand, Defense Minister Ayalon says that "Price tags are an ugly phenomenon that have no connection with the Jewish values. They are meant to harm Arabs only because they are Arabs."

I wonder what the Maccabees would say about such a statement? What about HaZa"L and the Rishonim? What about Yehoshu'a Bin-Nun and the Judges who followed him? What about David HaMelekh and Shlomo HaMelekh??

Fortunately, we don't have to guess. We know.

Defense Minister Ayalon is actually the one with no connection to Jewish values.

In fact, where would we with the Maccabbees, and everyone else listed above? We would be right where those in control of State of Israel want us to be,...

...completely assimilated among goyim.

Please support Lehavah's efforts, and prevent future murders of all of the other Shelly Dadons in our lives.
