Ya'alon vs. Shaked: The Illusion of an Adversarial Relationship

ט"ו לחודש עשירי תשע"ו

Arutz 7: Ya'alon, Shaked exchange words over Duma
Defense Minister hints Jewish Home members should do some soul-searching after attacking the ISA over Duma. Shaked responds.

Uzi Baruch and Hezki Ezra: 12/27/2015

The Likud and the Jewish Home engaged in a war of words on Saturday, which began when Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon (Likud) criticized the Jewish Home by linking statements some of its MKs had made with the arson attack in Duma, and also accusing Jewish Home members of rushing to make false accusations against the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) with regards to the investigation into the arson.

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked (Jewish Home) later responded by accusing Ya’alon of trying to make a political gain from the Duma affair.

"Unfortunately, the terrorists are Jews," Yaalon told Channel 2’s “Meet the Press” program in reference to the culprits behind the Duma arson. He urged Israelis not to stain all the Jewish residents in Judea and Samaria nor the entire religious Zionist movement, but said that "certainly someone needs to do some soul-searching." (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Defense Minister Moshe "Bogie" Ya'alon
The Defense Minister Moshe "Bogie" Ya'alon (Likud) said...
"He urged Israelis not to stain all the Jewish residents in Judea and Samaria nor the entire religious Zionist movement."
In other words, it is OK to live in Yehudah and Shomron. This is just the same old rhetoric designed to convince the masses that Zionism can be separated from Torah. This has been going on for hundreds of years already. It's boring, but insideous, and very frustrating that Jews fail to see this. In fact, at least 80 percent of us, the same percentage the midrash suggests never made it out of Egypt (See Rashi on Parashath Beshalah). Coincidence?

Now look at what Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked (Jewish Home) said...
"Do not try to stain the religious Zionist movement, an entire community that serves and contributes to society, because of a group of terrorist anarchists who Bogie knows are outlaws who do not listen to rabbinical and educational authority,"
See any difference between what the two ministers said? I sure don't. Both cabinet ministers also agree that the actions of the ISA/Shabba"k were acceptable. Plus, neither of them have mentioned any evidence than any of the boys currently held in administrative detention, have done anything, let alone burn an Arab house down.

Claiming that criticism of government officials and agencies constitute "attacks" is simply code for "you don't really have freedom of speech."

Plus, once again, loyalty to the State is used as a litmus test for demonization. Failure to accept indoctrination from the State's education system appears to be tantamount to committing a crime against the State.

This type of "argument" is an old trick governments use in order to trick the masses into believing that they actually have a choice, when the go to the poles.

Here in Israel we do have a choice: Slow and steady battle against the Torah and annexation of Yehudah and Shomron or a quick and dirty one.

Ya'alon and Shaked are only "arguing" over the irrelevant nuances of the somewhat slow and steady battle against the Torah and true Zionism, which appears to be building up increasingly faster.

It looks like the State's government is getting increasingly scared.

Torture is Acceptable When it is Against Jewish Dissidents

י״א לחודש העשירי תשע״ו
Arutz 7: ISA 'sexually harassed' Duma suspect
Attorney Itamar Ben-Gvir demands immediate end to investigation after suspect confesses under duress, calls for investigation into ISA.

Yoni Kempinski, 12/22/2015

Attorney Itamar Ben-Gvir, who is representing Jewish suspects arrested over the Duma arson attack in July, announced Tuesday morning that the main suspect provided evidence that the Israel Security Agency (ISA or Shin Bet) sexually harassed him during the course of their interrogations.

"The sexual harassment against my client damages all that is sacred to him, his values of Torah observance and the commandments," Ben-Gvir stated, adding that his client had been sleep-deprived for an extended period of time.

"After the interrogators passed the initial stages of interrogation and my client stuck to the truth, they simply received a license to kill," he continued, adding that the interrogators may have sodomized him. "At some point four thugs entered his room, beat him, and tied him to his bed."

"The descriptions are shocking and appalling: they tied him upside down and beat him again and again, until he screamed 'Enough! Leave me alone, let me go, I didn't do anything!'" Ben-Gvir said. "They broke him. I believe very much that there are doubts that any confession he made are usable in court. They beat him into a shadow of a person."
"The things my client said have no weight, because any person in this situation would admit to anything," he added. "I think that each and every citizen of Israel would admit the charges against him in this case."(cont.)
What does the Prime Minister say to this?
PM Binyamin Netanyahu
YNET: Netanyahu backs Shin Bet as right-wing protests continue
Ministers Bennett, Shaked and Ya'alon also come out in defense of the Israel Security Agency amid allegations of torture of Jewish suspects in Duma arson; 15 protesters arrested during demonstrations against Shin Bet.
YNET reporters, new agencies: 12.22.15
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement of support on Tuesday to the Shin Bet, condemning criticism of the agency surrounding allegations of torture used against the Jewish suspects arrested in connection with the arson in Duma that claimed the lives of three members of the Dawabsheh family.
Yoram Cohen, ISA Head
Is that a kippah on his head?
"Director Yoram Cohen and his personnel are doing important and excellent work for the people of Israel and for the security of Israel. I find the attacks on them to be unacceptable," Netanyahu said.
Jewish extremists have for years vandalized or set fire to Palestinian property, as well as mosques, churches, the offices of left-wing Israeli groups and even Israeli military bases. The so-called "price tag" attacks seek to exact a cost for Israeli steps seen as favoring the Palestinians. (cont.)
Well, YNET has certainly gotten that wrong. Jews want a Torah State Kingdom, not an assimilationist, Erev Rav-controled State, hellbent on battling against the Torah, destroying anything even remotely recognizeable as Jewish within the Divinely Promised Land of Israel.

Palestinians Arabs are only a small part of it.

The Prime Minister continued...
He called for the end of the "cynical political incitement against the Shin Bet and its people, who are acting in accordance with the law, with a close and strict legal guidance, and the investigation they are conducting is meant to bring uncurbed terrorists to justice."
Acting in accordance with the law? Which "law" would that be?

Here is a photo of a segment of a court transcript from the December 16, 2015 hearing of one of the imprisoned boys...

@AriWaxman
Translation:
Q: Do you need any medical treatment?
A: For my back, maybe.
Q: What is going to happen now, is that your lawyer will come in and ask questions!
A: I can't anymore (cries).
Q: They have requested an additional extension of detention a few more days. I should hear from your parents and your lawyer?
A: But they don't know what they're doing to me there, and entire night of abuse. I said to them they will kill me, and don't do that to me. Give me poison. I beg your honor, [I] can't anymore. (suspect cries)Q: I will hear the lawyer and the investigative unit's representative, and before I decide, I will call you.
Now, watch this video demonstration video from HaKol HaYehudi (The Jewish Voice), and see if you agree if these practices are "in accordance with the law."

Previous news reports indicated that the torture included being kicked in the genitals, until one of the boys could not feel anything. The message here is clear. The Erev Rav not only wants to castrate the power of their emunah (faith), but wants to stop them from procreating,...literally. This is what following the Torah, and giving it precedence of State law, will get you!

If the victims of ISA abuse had been Arabs, we were never hear the end of it. In fact, the ISA recently came out bragging at how well it treated, the now dead, Hezbollah leader Samir Kuntar while he was in custody.

And speaking of Minister Naftali Bennett...

Naftali Bennett losing his kippah and working his magic!

Kippah: Bennett concerning the investigation of the Duma detainees: Everything is within the law
The Education Minister attacked those with "price tag:" "This is terror which aims to destroy the foundations of the state. They are trying to bring about the War of Gog and Magog. [We] need to work against them harshly.

Efrat Krasner, 10 Teveth 5776, 22/12/15
...The Minister of Education also addressed to evidence of the handling of the interrogations by the ISA and said that the investigation is monitored and controlled, "We have heard a lot of things and I can say that the actions implemented are actions under tight legal control and supervision to prevent the next attack. We know [we can] trust the ISA, the ISA protects us every day from thousands of potential attacks and [you] need to trust it on this [course] of action as well...."

(Tip: The Jewish Libertarian)
Bennett, who just approved the building of a new Arab College (as if that's going to appease them) uses the most ridiculous, circular reasoning here.

Defense Minister Moshe "Bogie" Ya'alon
Defense Minister Moshe "Bogie" Ya'alon has already criticized Jews protesting the, now cancelled, destruction of a synagogue in Giv'ath Ze'ev, for wanting a Torah state. Apparently, he believes to be a bad thing.

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked seems to think she knows some about Torah by randomly citing דרך ארץ קדמה לתורה "Appropriate behavior takes precedence over Torah." And I suppose that she thinks that it is OK not to keep Shabbath, too, as long as she behaves appropriately. Guess what. A Jew keeping Shabbath IS appropriate behavior. Food for thought.

And speaking of Torah, there is story regarding the outlawing of Rabbi Kahane's Kach Party in the 1980's. Then Supreme Court Justice Menachem Elon, father of Christian-loving, former MK Rabbi Benny Elon, and Beth Din convicted, sexual manipulator Moti Elon, told Rabbi Kahane hy"d that he did not know what Torah he followed, and that they followed different Torahs.

Israeli Supreme Court Justices
I wonder what "Torah" Bennett and Cohen follow. Honesty, it seems more and more, that they are just making up as they go along, meticulously replacing the Land of Israel with the State, the Torah with Israeli State Law, and the Supreme Court as the Sanhedrin, most of the justices disqualified from serving on a proper, Jewish court.

The Israeli Supreme Court, which supposedly has oversight over the ISA's treatment of those in its custody, is to blame. Just another battle in its anti-Torah agenda for Jewish People.

Actually, I take that back. They're all culpable, standing so proudly next to the flag of the State of Israel, none of them appearing to be experiencing any shame over this. What does that tell you about the "holy" State of Israel? Or worse, what does this tell you of the current spiritual state of the Jews allowing this to happen, even supporting it?

Please pray for the safety, recovery, and freedom of the following Jewish political dissidents being held prisoners:

Meir David Chai Ettinger
Mordechai Eliyahu Meyer
Evyatar Slonim
Binyamin Richter
Yehudah Savir

Merry Xmas! A Side Benefit of Arab Terror

י״א לחודש העשירי תשע״ו

YNET: Unrest puts damper on Bethlehem Christmas festivities
The West Bank town that tradition considers [Jeezer]'s birthplace is seeing fewer Christmas pilgrims this year following months of violence and riots.

AFP: 12.21.15

Near the church in Bethlehem's Manger Square, built over the site where Christians believe [Jeezer] was born, tour guides pace back and forth, waiting in vain for tourist buses that fail to show.

Hisham Khamis, a guide for 10 years, stands forlorn under a huge Christmas tree decorated in the black, white, red and green colors of the Palestinian flag.

Avodah Zarah tree, decorated in red, green, white, and black, near a mosque in Beth-Lehem
In recent years "at least 60-70 buses would arrive every morning," he said. "These days... there are four or five, occasionally 10..."

...clashes between stone-throwing young Palestinians and Israeli troops have raged outside Bethlehem hotels. Palestinian officials say Bethlehem hotels that are usually 80-90 percent full at this time of year have not reached even half that level. (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Well, even if the Israeli Government does not command the IDF to do what needs to be done to defeat Arab terrorism once and for all, it appears that the IDF halfhearted efforts have produced at least some side benefits.

The Arab economy under the PA has been hit hard, with the expected Christian Pilgrims being a no-show. Maybe their faith in their false deity-messiah is not as strong as everyone purports it to be. Or maybe they are just not as stupid as I thought they were, refraining walking blindly into a war zone.

Of course, the Arabs blame Israeli tour guides, the lack of an airport, the IDF, blah, blah, blah...., refusing to take responsibility for their terrorist friends and neighbors, and their goal to annihilate the Jewish People.

Perhaps even more importantly, the number of Christians bringing in their filthy beliefs and practices of false deity worship has been significantly reduced. Thus the pollution of our Land with it is reduced.

One would think that the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem would know something of the Bible, including what it specifically says about to whom the Land of Israel belongs. But, he does not, and neither does his boss, the Poop in the Vatican. Yet as one of the most virulent opponents of Israel, the Patriarch said in his Christmas message for this year...
"Pilgrims should not be afraid to come. Despite the tense situation in this land, the pilgrim route is safe and they are respected and appreciated by all sectors in the Holy Land."
Wouldn't it be a hoot if Christians accepted his counsel, and the pilgrim route turned out not to be as safe as his claim suggests?

Of course, then he would just have another excuse to blame the Jews.

"Star Wars II: The Jewish Press Fails"

יום צום החודש העשירי תשע״ו

I have mixed feelings about posting this comic here, which was supposedly inspired by last week's Torah portion, and compares it to a famous scene from Star Wars film franchise. Do I really want to give the author the free publicity? Furthermore, someone will probably even want to sue me for giving him the free publicity. (Let him try.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I do not think this is in the least bit funny. It is just your typical assimilationist humor, one of the many consequences of almost two millennia in galuth (exile).

Comparing Yosef HaTzadiq to a villain? Suggesting that the revealing of Darth Vader's relationship to Luke Skywalker is the same or similar as the revealing of Yosef's true identity to his brothers?

This is what I find offensive.

"Star Wars" vs. Torah

ח' לחודש האחד עשר תשע"ו

On December 16, the long-awaited seventh film installment of the Star Wars franchise opened in Israel. Tickets were put on sale over a month in advance. The “merch,” associated merchandise soon followed, shirts, bags, dolls, action figures, and other toys.

Someone I know was one of the first in Israel to secure his tickets, calling in his order at 12:01 AM, on the first date of availability. He is your typical “frum modern orthodox” Jew, who grew up in a very large Jewish community in North America. To his credit, he came to Israel at the age of 18, not only studied in yeshivah here, but intends to make his life here. He has put his money where his mouth is.

This person actually knows halakhah, and if he does not know the answer to a particular question, he knows where to look it up. However, he seems to have a robotic attitude to it. In all fairness to him, it seems to me that most Jews do.

I am not going to criticize his fascination with “Star Wars.” Many, if not most, of us these days all have our diversions. I certainly have mine.

Nevertheless, I was surprised at his reaction, when I pointed out to him that the movie theater where he was planning to see “Star Wars” operates on Shabboth.

Yes Planet - Jerusalem
“But it’s the only place where it’s playing, and 3-D I-Max….”

“Other theaters are opened on Shabbos.…”
and the one which really disappointed me was…
“But, I’m not going there on Shabbos., and it's mutar (permissible).”
I simply responded with the obvious, that he was supporting a business which operates on Shabboth.

He could not really respond to this, because he knew that he was. The subject was changed, or he had to go, or something like that. I don’t remember.

The worst part of this story is that his response was not even the worst of them all.

I wonder where “Who cares?” fits in. Is that any better or worse than, “Israel is a democracy?”

“Whatevah! I’ll do what I want!” is even more intellectually honest than either of these responses. In my opinion, this is even better than searching for the right rabbi to give you the answer you want to hear to your question, instead of searching for the correct answer, ie. the truth, whether you like it or not. Of course, none of these is an “orthodox” one.

Well, with the continuous increase in the hijacking of terminology, maybe anything can be considered “orthodox” these days. But, that certainly does not make it Torah.

Exclusive! Yad veShem Department Planned to Take Staff to Restaurant on a Fast Day

ערב שבת קודש פר׳ ויגש תשע״ו

About Yad Vashem

"And to them will I give in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name (a "yad vashem")... that shall not be cut off."

(Isaiah, chapter 56, verse 5)
As the Jewish people’s living memorial to the Holocaust, Yad Vashem safeguards the memory of the past and imparts its meaning for future generations. Established in 1953, as the world center for documentation, research, education and commemoration of the Holocaust, Yad Vashem is today a dynamic and vital place of intergenerational and international encounter.

For over half a century, Yad Vashem has been committed to four pillars of remembrance:
  • Commemoration
  • Documentation
  • Research
  • Education
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
An anonymous source tipped me off this morning to a planned trip for some of the employees at Yad veShem, Israel's Holocaust memorial and museum.

The trip was planned for the staff at the archives department (and others?) Lunch at a restaurant was to follow an extensive tour of Israel's Channel 2 television station.

It was to take place this coming Tuesday, Asereth b'Teveth, the 10th of the Hebrew month of Teveth, the "Fast of the Fourth Month" (Zech. 8:19).

In all fairness to the planners of the event, it was changed after having the problem of planning such an event on this date was called to their attention.

But, I must ask why a "Jewish" organization would plan something like this on a fast day in the first place? And even more so, on a date significant to even many secular survivors of the Holocaust and the child of those who perished?
Wikipedia:
The Chief Rabbinate of Israel chose to observe the Tenth of Tevet as a "general kaddish day" (yom hakaddish ha'klalli) to allow the relatives of victims of the Holocaust, and whose yahrtzeits (anniversaries of their deaths) is unknown, to observe the traditional yahrtzeit practices for the deceased, including lighting a memorial candle, learning mishnayoth and reciting the kaddish. According to the policy of the Chief Rabbinate in Israel, the memorial prayer is also recited in synagogues, after the reading of the Torah at the morning services. To some religious Jews, this day is preferable as a remembrance day to Yom HaShoah (28 Nissan), since the latter occurs in the month of Nissan, in which mourning is traditionally prohibited.
Meanwhile, Yad veShem itself has planned a full day of more appropriate activities for this day.

Is this just a simple matter of the right hand not talking to the left? Does Yad veShem need to do heshbon nefesh (personal inventory) on the inside before criticizing anyone else on the outside? Or is this just another example of a State which is Jewish on the outside, but just bacon on the inside?

"The Blacklist:" Evidence of a Global Conspiracy?

ג׳ לחודש האחד עשר תשע״ו

Asking around for recommendations for a television series to waste some time on watch, just in case there was actually one out there worth watching, the NBC spy drama “The Blacklist” (2013) came up.

While binge watching to catch up to the current season, I picked up on the arc of the battle against the secret world government, and the attempts to demonize the professional criminal, who is the show’s hero, or perhaps its anti-hero. Season 1 introduces the notion of a shadow government, comprised of political and economic leaders from nations around the world. Episodes reveal their secret strategies and short-term goals, they expect will lead them to their primary objective of global domination.

Season 3 Episode 1 focuses on the use and manipulation of social media to further secret agendas, including invention of events, photoshopping, falsifying sitings, you name it.

Season 3 Episode 3 addresses the conspiracy related to genetically modified organism [GMO] based foods. (Can you spell M-O-N-S-A-N-T-O?) The “cabal” is portrayed as the enemy of the masses. However, the populace (that’s us) is warned not to attempt any sabotage of GMO’s. True or not, the powers that be [PTB] want to scare us into believing that we would just be harming ourselves, if we were to attempt. Crackdowns on private water collection in Colorado to difficulties avoiding GMO’s in New Zealand immediately came to mind while watching.

Of course, enemies turning out to be allies, and allies turning out to be enemies, is a running plot device in "The Blacklist." What better to way than to keep the masses guessing, and then second guessing their own theories?

False flag events designed to reignite animosity between the U. S. and Russia, even restart the “Cold War,” and assassinations made to look like accidents to eliminate human obstacles, are more examples of So, what exactly are we seeing in “The Blacklist?”

Are we seeing honest TV producers in Hollywood using their professional rolls to reveal what they believe to be a genuine threat to the global populace? I doubt it.

Are we seeing the PTB reveal bits and pieces of what they are doing, or are going to do, to us, as part of their strategy to maintain control over us? Maybe.

Are we seeing a distorted version of the PTB, in order to distract us, and throw us off the trail of the real global powers? Is part of their strategy to use a television show to emphasize that such a notion of is purely fiction, just like this show is being presented as? Perhaps.

Are we just seeing a very good television show? Well, that is definitely part of it. It is a good show.

My personal belief is that “The Blacklist” is putting out the notion of a shadow government or a cabal running the world as a way of putting the discussion out there, so that they can find out what exactly is and is not known about their operations, so that they can make more informed decisions about how to proceed.

The PTB are aware that we are onto them, and has long since moved onto the next step in damage control, and this step appears to include the creating, writing, and airing of “The Blacklist.”

Then those of us, baited into writing posts like this, because we just could not help it, can be exposed, not to mention be demonized as “nut jobs.”

I plead guilty. The underlying plot of this show simply begs to be discussed.

Like Most Jews, Maybe Jonathan Tobin Never Thought that...

י״ט לחודש התשעי תשע״ו
Commentary: The Face of #BDSfail: Anti-Semitism

JONATHAN S. TOBIN / Nov. 27, 2015

Can there be anything more ludicrous than a movement that is dedicated to isolating the state of Israel than for its website to be built using a platform created by and operated from that same Jewish state? Not really. But that’s the situation the BDS — boycott, divest, sanction — movement finds itself in today as news spreads that once again one of its main organs is using the Israeli company Wix’s services to operate its website. That leaves Students for Justice in Palestine, which got caught doing this two years ago left trying to explain why its okay for them to make use of an Israeli product while trying to compel others to boycott them. But the contretemps over the decision of the SJP chapter at the University of Denver to repeat the actions of its Cornell University group two years ago once again gives us insight not only into the absurdity of Israel boycotts but the psychology of hate at its core. Their embarrassment, along with the growing number of incidents of hate speech associated with BDS and humiliating failures, should inform the decisions of those asked to join this movement as well as members of Congress as they ponder whether to include language prohibiting such boycotts in trade legislation.

The only word in the colloquial dictionary that adequately describes SJP’s excuses for using Wix is lame. BDS’ers work hard to convince the world that Israel should be treated as a pariah state and to refrain from all economic intercourse with it. Their purpose is to wage war on it and, by gradually tightening the economic noose, force its collapse. Yet SJP thinks its perfectly okay for them to avail themselves of the brilliant achievements of the “Start-Up Nation.” Like all those who wish to see Israel eliminated, but are not prepared to give up the benefits that come from employing the products it creates, including medical advances that save lives, BDS groups are forced into the humiliating position of saying that they can decide which kinds of economic interaction with Israelis is acceptable. (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I can appreciate Jonathan Tobin calling out the hypocrisy of BDS, and associated, groups, as well as calling out Jew-hatred when he sees it. Unfortunately, this the level where the majority of the American Jews can be found, concerned with their image in the eyes of the goyim, being liked, being loved, and doing anything they can to obtain validation for their existence, not from God, not from themselves even, but from the goyim. Certainly, most of these Jews are be appalled at my use of the term goyim. Even though it simply means “nations,” in other words not us.

But, many, perhaps most, American Jews are appalled by being singled out and isolated as being “different,” even more so than my use of a Hebrew word, which they are too embarrassed to admit they do not understand. So distanced they are from their own heritage, their own traditions, even their own people, desiring to be “just like everyone else,” and not the distinct and separate people which we are supposed to be, and under the most ideal circumstances, residing in our own land,…ALL of our own land.

So, perhaps BDS is actually doing us a favor, and is not so much in the hands of the goyim as many of us think.

American Jews Remain Blind to Obama's Pandering.

י"ד לחודש התשעי תשע"ו
JPost.com: Obama gets 'verklempt' awarding Medal of Freedom to Streisand, Spielberg
REUTERS \ 11/25/2015

Group of heavyweight Hollywood Jews expresses public support for Iran deal Schindler's List producer takes on Hollywood's most prominent Jews over Iran deal

Singer and actress Barbra Streisand and filmmaker Steven Spielberg were among 17 Americans who received the honor at a ceremony at the White House.

President Barack Obama awarded the nation's highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, to a star-studded list of Americans at the White House on Tuesday in honor of their accomplishments in public service, entertainment and sports.

Singer and actress Barbra Streisand and filmmaker Steven Spielberg were among 17 Americans who received the honor a ceremony at the White House.

"Off the stage, [Streisand has] been a passionate advocate for issues like heart disease and women's equality," Obama said in his opening statement. "I'm getting all verklempt just thinking about it," the president quipped in Yiddish.

Hollywood legendary Jewish director Steven Spielberg was the next recipient of the prestigious award, recognized for his contributions to American cinema.

"His story has shaped America's stories, and his values have shaped our world," said Obama of the famous Hollywood director. "Steven's films are marked, most importantly, by a faith in our common humanity. The same faith in humanity that led him to create the Shoah foundation, and lend a voice to survivors of genocide around the world." (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
In addition to Babs and Steven, accompanied by strategically placed, silly "Jewish" humor and the compulsory mention of the Holocaust, recipients included:
Conductor and violinist Itzhak Perlman, who is not only Jewish, but also Israeli and disabled,...albeit probably one of the greatest living performers. In other words, who says Obama isn't pro-Israel?)
Cuban-American singer Gloria Estefan. Cuban-Americans mostly vote Republican, and Hispanic-Americans, in general, have been moving to the right.
Stephen Sondheim, not only Jewish, but gay, too, in other words extra-PC.
James TaylorBonnie CarrollSen. Barbara Mikulski (D-MD), for what, you ask? Being the longest serving female senator, I suppose.
Former Rep. Lee Hamilton (D-IN)
NASA mathematician Katherine G. Johnson
Former EPA head William Ruckelshaus.

Posthumous honors went to:
Rep. Shirley Chisholm (D-NY), who also served as the U. S. Ambassador to Jamaica
Indian treaty rights advocate Billy Frank, Jr.Japanese-American civil rights activist Minoru Yasui.
He had to fit in quick picks for all of the other minority groups somehow, too, didn't he? Just pick some dead Americans, any dead Americans.

That makes 4 out of the 15 recipients Jews. Hmm... I wonder if we will see any reports of the overreaching "Jewish influence" on the U. S. Government because of this. I also wonder if anyone will notice that 4 out of the 15 recipients are, or were, U. S. Government officials.

Now, I am not saying that these Jews did not deserve the recognition for their achievements. I am only saying that it is awfully convenient to take the opportunity to wave the "I Love Jews!" flag.

Maybe the loyalty of the American Jewish community toward President Obama will be strengthened because of it. Then American Jews will be more likely to forgive and forget...

The ordeal of Jonathan Pollard, and Obama's (and Bush's and Clinton's) failure to grant him clemency, even after serving six times as much time as others, convicted of the same "crimes."

The shameful responses to the killing of Jewish Americans at the hands of Arab terrorists, such as Ezra Schwartz hy"d and Naftali Frankel hy"d. and Koby Mandell hy"d.

American Jews are not just blind to Obama's pandering for their favor. They are blind to the fact that, not to mention the exceedingly unhealthy co-dependence they have on the receiving of love and existential validation from the goyim.

Don't blame U. S. President Obama. He is just doing his job. Being half Yishma'el and half Esau, he has no choice but to want to destroy us, either by allowing us to be killed off by Arabs, or assimilating us completely into Western culture. I don't think that it really matters to him which way.

Why is the Israeli Government Failing to Combat Arab Terrorism?

י"ג לחודש התשעי תשע"ו
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report: IDF has a plan to stem Palestinian terror. Netanyahu and Ya’alon: It will die down
November 23, 2015
PM Netanyahu
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon have been at loggerheads with Israel’s military and Shin Bet chiefs on how to grapple with the wave of Palestinian terror sweeping the country for more than two months, with knives, firebombs and vehicular attacks and rising Israeli casualties.
Moshe Ya'alon
The two ministers are convinced that the Palestinian terrorists will eventually succumb to attrition and throw in the sponge.
DEBKAfile’s counter-terror experts challenge this premise. The current wave is not only not dying down it is gaining traction. Its methods are such that purely military measures can’t get to grips with the persistent attacks, which are often just hours apart in different locations. (cont.)

Now enter the arrogant United States Government, continuing its attempts to maintain control over the region...
YNET: Kerry: 'No mood for concessions' in Israel, West Bank
US secretary of state lays out goals for Israel visit to 'calm things down a bit,' but warns that
neither Israelis or Palestinians want to negotiate.
Reuters, 11.23.15
US Secretary of State John Kerry is set to arrive in Israel and meet with both Israeli and Palestinian leaders Tuesday, but stressed on Monday in Abu Dhabi that "People aren't in the mood for concessions," offering little hope that his visit will help stem the current wave of violence. (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Can Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ya'alon be that stupid?? Do they really believe that the terrorist attacks "will die down?"

Their own security experts, the Shin Bet (Shabba"k) do not believe this, and they are the ones paid to go out into the field, investigate, and obtain an accurate picture of the Arabs' plans, including an understanding of their motivations.

The only way that the terrorist "...will die down," is if it is in the Palestinian Authority's [PA] strategic interest for it to "die down,..." temporarily, or if a secret agreement is made between between the PA and the Israeli Government which serves both of their interests.

Meanwhile, U. S. Secretary of State Kerry claims that "People aren't in the mood for concessions." Actually, I hope that he is right. Maybe then Jews will finally wake up to the fact that Arabs want to annihilate us, and are only interested in negotiations when they feed their strategy, which is primarily to keep the wool pulled over our eyes.

Who knows? Maybe the Israeli Government will finally take the necessary actions to put a stop to Arab terrorism, once and for all. But, I won't hold my breath, and neither should you. The Israeli Government continues to show more concern over what the goyim think of us, vis-à-vis the "international community," than the safety of its own citizens. But, this is only the surface reason, as to why the Israeli Government is failing to combat Arab terrorism.
Facebook Meme
Fatah Emblem
Notice the map?
I have written before about how the main difference between Mahmud Abbas's Fatah Party and Hamas is that Fatah has always appeared to be more patient than Hamas, not to mention more adept at Western forms of lying.

It should be no surprise to anyone, although I am sure that it will be to many, that the Arabs inhabiting Israel are simply tools of the other Arabs in the region. And, yes of course, I include those Arabs with Israeli citizenship. Not only have they served as a distraction away from the shenanigans going on in other Arab countries.

The so-called Arab-Israeli Conflict is a tool for everyone. The "progressive" West gets to disguise its Jew-hatred as sympathy for a mythical people crying "oppression." Even though this mythical people has it better than they would under Arab rule of any kind.

Their "soldiers" are out there, fighting, taught from a very young age to hate Jews. Meanwhile, the Erev Rav controlled, Israeli Government has been desperately trying to implement the opposite kind of indoctrination in its own public schools:
  • Love the people who want to kill you.
  • They don't really want to kill you. They are "innocent civilians."
  • Feel sorry for them, that they have been brainwashed.
  • Western "progressive" culture is superior to all others.
  • (ie. The Torah is primitive, unless "updated," and unrecognizable.)
  • We don't need national borders anymore.
  • State Law =  Your Torah.
  • Sleep.
The Israeli Government is not failing to combat Arab terrorism at all. It is simply succeeding in implementing its anti-Torah agenda.

And, we are allowing them to do it.

More Dead Jews, More PTB Control

י"ב לחודש התשעי תשע"ו

YNET: Two months, 22 victims: The human cost of terror
In Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, the West Bank, and Be'er Sheva, Israelis as young as 18 and as old as 78 have lost their lives in violent terror attacks.

Noam 'Dabul' Dvir: 11.23.15

Hadar Buchris, a 21-year-old from Safed, became the 22nd terror victim in the last two months when she was murdered in an attack at Gush Etzion junction on Sunday afternoon.

Some of those killed so far since Rosh HaShannah.
(Photo: YNET)
Days of relative quiet in Israel have alternated with bloody days featuring multiple attacks in the outburst of Palestinian violence, which has included stabbings, shootings, and vehicular attacks. Among the victims of attacks were a Palestinian killed by a terrorist firing indiscriminately and two Israelis mistaken for terrorists.

Medical teams have so far treated 192 wounded people, while another 82 have been treated for shock. (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Notice how YNET just  had to stick in the part about Israelis mistaken for terrorists, not to mention an Arab "accidentally" getting killed, as if he was just as much of a victim as the Jews being murdered?

No surprises here.

Here is a video of one of today's multiple attacks. It took place in Jerusalem's main shuq, the Mahaneh Yehudah market.

(Video: Kikar Shabbat)

Uri Silberman of The Israel Network provides the best assessment of our current situation, I have seen so far:
"More attacks, more dead Jews. Israelis are feeling helpless and that not enough is being done to protect us.

If the government doesn't take drastic measures soon, I have no doubt that in the near future, people in Israel will feel there is no choice but to take the law into their own hands and start revenge killing."

In my opinion, this state of "learned helplessness," is exactly what the Israeli Government wants, even more so, the [real] powers that be. It is much easier to maintain control over its masses this way, using fear of terrorism, and fear of reprisals from the government for "vigilantism."

No doubt, if we continue on this path, we will end up with more Jews murdered, but also more Jews in administrative detention, or otherwise incarcerated.

Something has got to give.

The Impartial Red Crescent, the Deadly Red Cross

ז׳ לחודש התשעי תשע״ו

Arutz 7: Danon demands condemnation of Palestinian Red Crescent
Israel's UN ambassador writes UN Secretary-General, demands he condemn Red Crescent for failing to treat wounded Israelis.

Nitsan Keidar: 11/17/2015

PRCS Hospital, Hevron
No Jews Allowed?!
Israel's UN ambassador, Danny Danon, on Monday wrote to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, demanding a condemnation of the Palestinian Red Crescent, following the revelation that the organization's ambulance was at the scene of the shooting attack near Hevron on Friday but the paramedics did not treat the wounded Israelis.

"An ambulance that doesn’t assist wounded civilians is a terrorist collaborator. This is a blatant disregard for all universal moral values a and blatant disregard for human life," Danon wrote Ban.

In the letter, Danon pointed out that the fact that an ambulance of the Palestinian Red Crescent failed to treat the wounded Israelis is a flagrant violation of international law.

“This is a blatant disregard for the moral commitment of the organization to any wounded person everywhere," he wrote.

The Israeli government also announced Saturday night intentions to launch an international campaign against the Red Crescent.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu ordered the foreign ministry to lodge a stern complaint with the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva, under whose auspices the Red Crescent operates, demanding an explanation as to why the Palestinian ambulance ignored Israeli victims, contrary to all humanitarian and ethical practices.

Magen David Adom has confirmed that when its own medics arrived on scene, they discovered a Red Crescent ambulance loitering nearby without providing medical help to the victims of the attack.
The Red Crescent disagrees, and claims that withholding of life saving treatment from the Jews, recently wounded by local Arab terrorists, quite possibly relatives of theirs, was an act of impartiality. Even though two of those Jews, Rabbi Ya'akov Litman and his son Netanel, soon dies from their wounds.
Arutz 7: Red Cross: Palestinian Red Crescent acted 'impartially'
Red Cross rejects Israel's criticism over Red Crescent ambulance which failed to treat wounded Israelis after shooting attack.

Ben Ariel: 11/18/2015

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on Tuesday rejected allegations that a Palestinian Red Crescent was at the scene of last Friday’s shooting attack near Hevron but the paramedics did not treat the wounded Israelis and fled the scene.

In a statement on its website, the ICRC said that the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) had “immediately provided factual accounts, firmly rejected these allegations, and unequivocally reaffirmed its commitment to impartial response” to the attack.

The PRCS’ record of principled and strictly humanitarian action is uncontested and well recognized. The ICRC assessment is that the PRCS operates with professionalism and in full respect of the principles of the RCRC movement, including impartiality. Any question and concern that may require clarification or correction is examined and addressed accordingly, without complacency, by the ICRC, with the national societies, and addressed directly with the concerned authorities,” added the statement. (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Blah, blah, blah...

International law is irrelevant. The Arabs do not care about international law. Likewise, Jews should not care about international law either. Jews should only concern themselves with Torah Law.

If Jews would bother to pay attention, they would see that the Arabs want to annihilate us, and take our Land, which pretty much qualifies as milhemeth mitzvah (obligatory war). And, guess what the Torah says about that! Well, I do not intend to tell you, even though I probably should, because even those of you Jews wearing some sort of head covering are not ready to accept it, let alone read it.

(Screen Shot from PRCS Website)
"Israeli Occupation Forces" does not sound "impartial," does it? Whether the IDF is an occupation force, a conquering force, or a force co-dependent on Arab terror, it has nothing to do with the Red Crescent's supposed imperative to save lives. Nor should this supposedly apolitical organization be expressing opinions on political issues.

(Screen shot from the PRCS Website)
Apparently, the PRCS's "humanitarian duty" includes withholding life saving services from Jews who are bleeding to death, because they were shot by Arab terrorists, perhaps even by relatives of the PRCS workers on duty.

If a Hotzoloh or Magen David Adom [MDA] medic refused to provide life saving the State would, no doubt, have them arrested, and tried for "negligent homicide," or some other such "crime."

So, why haven't the PRCS personnel been arrested?

As Ambassador Danon wrote in his letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon...
"An ambulance that doesn’t assist wounded civilians is a terrorist collaborator...."
Isn't being a terrorist collaborator worse than being just a criminal?

And, by the way, where did their orders to withhold life saving measures from Jews come from, the PA, or the PRCS itself?

When has the PRCS ever saved the life of a Jew?

I guess Ambassador Danon's statement does not just say all that needs to be said about the Red Crescent. It also says all that needs to be said about its umbrella organization, the International Red Cross.

Personally, learning about the Red Cross's visit to the Terezinschadt Concentration Camp, and resulting, the Jews here are fine, nothing to see here assessment, during World War II, was enough to allow all of my Red Cross certifications to expire. Due to the Red Cross's monopoly on health and safety training in the U. S., it was near impossible to find subsequent work as a lifeguard and coach of aquatic sports, without Red Cross certifications.

The Red Cross has also admitted to harboring Hamas terrorists. The Red Crescent has also transported armed terrorists in Azza (Gaza), aiding in their escape from IDF capture.

I call on all Jewish volunteers for the Red Cross to resign immediately in protest of the Red Cross's continued failure to show any concern whatsoever for Jewish lives, except for when they cannot get away with avoiding it.

I also call on all Jewish volunteers for the Red Cross to close your mouths, now gaping wide open from the shock of this post. Flies might fly into your mouths, and you might end up swallowing them.

And flies, like the Red Cross, are not kosher.

Mr. Netanyahu Goes to Washington! Part 2: Crazy Uncle Joe Biden!

כ"ח לחודש השמיני תשע"ו

U. S. Vice-President Joe Biden has bee aptly name "Crazy Uncle Joe." You can see why from the following report.

Crazy Uncle Joe Biden!
Times of Israel: Biden says ‘no tolerance’ for comments from PM’s media czar pick
Speaking to US Reform Jews, vice president highest level official to take aim at Ran Baratz, but also stresses support for Israel and against incitement

Rebecca Shimoni Stoil, November 8, 2015

Addressing the Union for Reform Judaism’s biennial conference, Biden told the audience during his keynote speech that “there is no excuse, there should be no tolerance for any member or employee of the Israeli administration referring to the president of the United States in derogatory terms. Period. Period. Period. There is no justification for an official Israeli voice degrading the secretary of state, who has worked so hard, so long for the security of Israel.”

His statement was greeted by applause from the thousands-strong audience, as he continued to condemn similar insulting statements directed toward Secretary of State John Kerry.

Although Biden did not mention Baratz by name, the recent Netanyahu appointee was the unquestionable target of the vice president’s ire. Baratz’s appointment earlier this week made international headlines when it was revealed that he had made derogatory comments on social media about President Reuven Rivlin and Kerry, and accused Obama of anti-Semitism.

Three government ministers have already called publicly for Baratz’s nomination as head of media for the Prime Minister’s Office to be rescinded, but on Friday, Netanyahu denied reports that he was reconsidering the appointment of Baratz, who runs a right-leaning news site.

With Netanyahu’s meeting with Obama only two days away, Biden has become the highest-ranking US official to respond to Baratz’s comments. (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Let's examine the evidence of Vice-President Biden's state of mine, point by point:

1. Addressing the Union for Reform Judaism’s biennial conference...
There is no such thing as Reform Judaism. But, since most Americans, Jews and non-Jews alike, believe that there is, I'll give Joe a pass on this one. Just how many of those in attendance at this conference who are really Jewish is a big question, in and of itself.

2. "...there is no excuse, there should be no tolerance for any member or employee of the Israeli administration referring to the president of the United States in derogatory terms. Period. Period. Period."
Why not? Not only IS the U. S. President as Jew-hating bastard, who denies Biblical truths, battling against Jewish sovereignty over Eretz Yisra'el (Land of Israel), not only is the nominated member of the Israeli administration in question the only one with the guts to say the truth out loud, but if we were U. S. citizens residing in the U. S., it would be within our First Amendment rights to say anything we want about the President.

Dr. Ran Baratz
"...this is what modern anti-Semitism look like..."
3. "There is no justification for an official Israeli voice degrading the secretary of state, who has worked so hard, so long for the security of Israel.”
Secretary of State Kerry has done nothing, I repeat nothing, for the security of Israel. Is Biden delusional, or just lying here? I'm not sure.

Jewish Blood - Cheap!
Ariel Ben-Yochanan
The Torah Revolution
Oh, wait a minute. Perhaps what Vice-President Biden actually means is that the Secretary of State has worked so hard, so long for the security of Israel,...as defined by the U. S.,...chopped in half, and Jews kicked out of .

4. “...no one can undermine our relationship or our commitment to the security and future of the Jewish and democratic State of Israel.”
Again, if Biden believes that the current administration, or even the U. S. Government in general, is in the least bit concerned over the the security and future of the State of Israel, then he is definitely delusional.

5. "Describing America’s commitment to Israel’s security as “rock-solid and unshakeable”
Delusional (or lying).

6.  Biden also expressed concern at the continuing violence plaguing Israel and the West Bank.
Then why is the Vice-President against Israel doing what needs to be done to end the violence once and for all?

PA President Mahmud Abbas
...and his map of "Palestine"
7. “We have strongly condemned Palestinian acts of terror against Israel...”
No, you haven't. Even your own citizen Eli Bochorov who was just attacked by a terrorist in Hevron, was treated with complete indifference by your local embassy. Oh, that's right. He's just a Jew, so not important.

8. “Inflammatory rhetoric?”
If this were Jews, or even non-Jews, directing it toward Arabs, it would be called "hate speech."

9. “Random acts of violence?"
These acts of violence are not in the least bit random. It's called war. Look it up in the dictionary.

10. “Both sides need to demonstrate restraint and avoid incitement.”
Fateh Party Emblem
Notice the map of "Palestine?"
Translation: Jews should just roll over and die. Jewish blood is cheap.

11. Insisting on the viability and necessity of the two-state solution
The Vice-President can insist all he wants. The Arabs do not believe in a two-state solution, let alone that it is a necessity. Incidentally, neither does the Bible.

Hmm... So, maybe Vice-President Biden is not actually delusional, should not be called "Crazy Uncle Joe," after all.

Yeah, maybe he is just a complete idiot, or maybe he is just a liar.

You be the judge.

Mr. Netanyahu Goes to Washington!

כ״ז לחודש השמיני תשע״ו

Much can be gleaned from this report on Prime Minister Netanyahu's visit to the U. S., this week. See the interspersed blue italics to see how I read between the lines. In fact, to save time, I would just read the blue
YNET: Bad tidings await Netanyahu on US trip
On the eve of the prime minister's flight to Washington, sources in the White House warn that there will not be good tidings regarding Israel's compensation package for the Iran nuclear deal in his meeting with Obama, saying that Federal budget cuts are part of the issue.

11.07.15

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will not be getting what he wants out of his trip to Washington, according to White House sources who spoke with the New York Times on Friday.

The sources claimed that Israel would not be getting an increased compensation package from the US government. Netanyahu is due to take off for Washington on Sunday in order to meet US President Barack Obama, the first meeting between the two since the signing of the Iran nuclear deal.

One of Netanyahu's central goals for the trip was to strike an agreement on a new defense deal for Israel for the next decade, including compensation Israel was supposed to receive in light of the Iran deal.

The White House sources noted that the issue would not come up in the meeting between Netanyahu and Obama, and furthermore claimed that any compensation would not be increased as had been suggested in earlier reports.

"There is no justification for an increased compensation package, especially in light of the Federal budget cuts and the current battle in Congress over the 'wastage' of the US government," a White House source said.
So, basically, U. S. President Obama either made promises which he was not sure that he could keep, is punishing Israel for its lobbying against the "Iran Deal" and "The Speech," or he just outright lied. It is probably a combination of all three.
It was reported this week that Israel requested that the US raise its yearly security assistance sum from the current $3 billion to $5 billion. Israel's first proposal was leaked to Reuters by an Israeli source.

According to the document, Israel had been pushing for the desired $5 billion yearly aid package to run for 10 years – amounting to a total sum of $50 billion. Obama is not expected to authorize this agreement, instead granting Israel a billion dollars less.

Also overshadowing the forthcoming meeting are the soured relations between Jerusalem and Washington following Netanyahu's repeated attacks on the Iran deal, as well as his speech to Congress on the matter.

Following the deal, Democratic members of Congress also had their invitations to a Rosh Hashanah press conference at the Israeli embassy in Washington canceled – solely for the reason that they had voted in favor of the Iran agreement.

The New York Times claimed that Netanyahu had changed the compensation package proposal and that he was traveling to Washington in order to try and heal the rifts in the US-Israel relationship.

However, the two sides still regard each with suspicion and mistrust.
It serves PM Netanyahu right. Even if the Prime Minister does not trust Obama, as he shouldn't, he erred in his calculations of his clout in congress, the power of American, pro-Israel lobbies, and apparently, the U. S. economy itself.
Obama does not believe negotiations will recommence while he is in office Obama does not believe that negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians will recommence before the end of his term in the White House, one of his senior advisors told a press briefing held ahead of Netanyahu's visit.

The advisor, Ben Rhodes, told reporters that in Obama's view, no peace deal would be reached by January 2017 – the date that he leaves the office of the president.

"Despite what we were wanting, we do not see the chance for a two-state solution at the moment," Rhodes said. "We tried direct and indirect dialogue, but each time we were at the point of taking a decision, the two sides themselves did not take sufficient steps.

"Part of our appraisal is based on the reality on the ground," Rhodes added. In light of the current state of affairs, Obama is not likely to apply pressure on Netanyahu to renew peace talks.
Well, this appears to be some good news. We will have a temporary respite from the U. S. butting its nose into our business. Of course, as long as Israel continues to expect and accept money from the U. S., Israel should expect nothing less than mixing-in from the U. S. How can the Israeli Government not see this connection?
"In the immediate term we will seek trust-building measures in order to lower the tension, reduce the violence and incitement and leave open the option of a two-state solution," Rhodes continued.

"We want to hear from the prime minister which steps Israel is prepared to take in order to safeguard the Palestinians' aspirations," Rhodes emphasized. "Obama believes that settlement-building damages trust and makes it difficult to realize the solution of a viable Palestinian state."
There they go again, pushing for the establishment of another Arab terrorist state, within the borders of our Divinely-promised, Jewish homeland. This should come as no surprise, but unfortunately it does to most Jews, who refuse to see the dangerous nature of a relationship with the U. S.

You can take the Jew out of exile, but trying to take the exile out of the Jew is a completely different story.

Enter Dr. Ran Baratz, and his social media accounts. Ever heard of him? Most people haven't.
Also in the background of Netanyahu's upcoming visit is the affairs concerning Netanyahu's newly-appointed spokesman Dr. Ran Baratz. Immediately following the appointment, numerous harsh statements made by Baratz about senior US officials – including Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry – came to light.

Dr. Ran Baratz
"...this is what modern anti-Semitism look like..."
After Netanyahu's speech to Congress, Baratz wrote on Facebook: "Obama's attitude to Netanyahu's speech is what modern anti-Semitism looks like in Western liberal countries."

Baratz also ridiculed US Secretary of State John Kerry on October 18, 2014 when he posted on Facebook that he was present at a speech given by Kerry during which, according to Baratz, he made a connection between Israel and Islamic State.

"After his tenure as secretary of state he is assured a prosperous career as a stand-up comic in one of the clubs of Kansas City, Mosul, or the Holot detention center," wrote Baratz.

State Department Spokesperson John Kirby called Baratz's statements "troubling and offensive."

"We obviously expect government officials from any country, especially our closest allies, to speak respectfully and truthfully about senior US government officials," Kirby said.
Hmm... I like Dr. Baratz already. no mincing words from him. He just calls it like he sees it. Unfortunately, like all Israelis connected with the government, who dare to tell the truth, they either cave in to pressure to "tone it down," or just fade away and eventually disappear, never to be heard from again.
Following the revelations, Netanyahu promised Kerry that he would reconsider his appointment of Baratz.

"These statements do not reflect my stance nor government policy," Netanyahu said. "Dr. Baratz has apologized for his statements and requested to clarify them in a meeting with me. We have agreed to meet on my return to Israel."

In spite of his promise, Netanyahu then tweeted that he has not promised to reconsider the appointment but that he will deal with the issue on his return from the US.
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Well, there you have it, a summary of Prime Minister Netanyahu's visit to the U. S.

The problem with U. S. - Israel relations can be solved in one fell swoop, with Israel' cease of acceptance of anymore funding from the U. S.,...like that's going to happen, anytime soon.

Shimon Peres
The focus on money and influence from the U. S. is just a diversion of focus from the real threat to Jewish sovereignty over Eretz Yisra'el (Land of Israel). That threat is from those at home

Anyone who pays attention should know that pressure from the U. S. is just an excuse to bow to pressure to those from within who want to see Israel cut in half, and the Jewish People assimilated into a borderless, Western, "progressive" society, such as....

MK Oren Hazan: The Knesset's Playboy?

כ״ד לחודש השמיני תשע״ו

Arutz 7: MK blows off Knesset meeting to party in Eilat
Coalition officials demand Oren Hazan be removed from Knesset Finance Committee after he refuses to budge on changing travel plans.

Cynthia Blank, 11/4/2015

MK Oren Hazan (Likud) has come under fire yet again - this time over reports he blew off a Knesset Finance Committee meeting to celebrate his birthday in Eilat.

Hazan, who turned 34 last week, reportedly told committee members on Tuesday that he would be absent from a critical vote on the state budget because of "something important."

However, WhatsApp correspondence between the committee members revealed he would be missing the vote because of a large-scale party in Israel's southern resort town.

According to the messages published by Channel 10 on Wednesday, Hazan apologized, saying he would be unable to attend the meeting on Thursday because of plans to visit Eilat.

When asked to change his travel itinerary, Hazan replied: "Move the meeting. I can't postpone the trip."

While the purpose of his trip has not been determined, Channel 10 estimates it is connected to Hazan's birthday celebrations which apparently began last weekend in Tel Aviv.

In response, coalition officials have demanded that Hazan be removed from the Knesset Finance Committee.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
MK Oren Hazan
(Likud)
Sure, this was hardly professional, and a totally silly stunt to pull. But, one would hope that MK's would focus on more pressing matters than ditching a meeting for a party, such as their fellow MK's who support, if not encourage, the murder of Jews and the replacement of Israel with yet another Arab terrorist state.

Or how about a prime minister who is unwilling to do everything which needs to be done to protect Jews from Arab terrorism?

Remember the criticism of MK Boaz Toporovsky for posting a selfie on facebook without his arms covered? The criticism of Hazan is pretty much on the same level, valid, but sort of silly.

Years ago, I recommended to the late MK Uri Orbach (Jewish Home) to leave politics, and go back to his previous professional of stand-up comedy. In the same light I will recommend that MK Oren Hazan go back to slinging shwarmah. I am totally serious when I say this, because Babba Shwarmah Grill in Ariel, where Hazan was co-owner, makes one of the best shwarmahs I have ever had (...not sure what the kashruth certification is these days).

While hassle with national politics? If Hazan wants to dabble in politics, he should just run for mayor of Ariel. He would not have to commute, and could also access all of the connections he has made as an MK, to benefit his hometown. Then, when he's done partying, or mostly done partying, then he can go back to the K'nesseth.

In the meantime, he will be able to go to Eilat anytime he wants.
